This was my first experience at having an animal put to sleep. Since her paralysis I have tried so hard to care for her. Unfortunately, it has not been enough. This was among one of the hardest decisions I have had to make.
Thank you Wendy and Boo for going with me and being there for Annie and for me. We needed it. As she slipped away I kept kissing her and telling her I loved her and that I was so sorry. It was very peaceful and VERY sad.
