The Passionately Pink teachers of Mitchell Intermediate hosted a fundraiser walk today to help raise money for the Avon Foundation to support Breast Cancer research, assistance, and awareness. I was blown away by the amount of participation and support from our students, their families, the community, and other feeder schools. Thank you so much too all who participated, donated, or helped!
My mother-in-law (Kay), sister-in-law (Jill), and JoAnn (aunt-in-law) :), came to walk this morning. Dustin and Isaiah surprised us and showed up to walk with us when Isaiah's flag football game was canceled. Lily (my new dog) walked too.
